How to Earn Orthobucks

 

Orthobucks® reward our patients for good oral hygiene and compliance to their orthodontic treatment. Patients can earn Orthobucks® at each visit and redeem them for cool prizes. It's our way of saying THANK YOU!

Collecting Your Orthobucks®

Orthobucks® will be awarded during your orthodontic visit. The Assistant treating you will fill out an Orthobucks® scorecard with the Orthobucks® earned. Take this scorecard to the front desk when you check out and ask for your Orthobucks®. Make sure that you keep them in a safe place so they don't get lost.

 

Using Your Orthobucks®

To use your Orthobucks®, simply bring the coins or bills to the front desk. The receptionist will help you get your prize.

 

Rules

Orthobucks® are awarded at your regular appointments. Walk-ins or emergencies do not apply.

  1. The number of Orthobucks® you earn is up to you.
  2. Once you spend your Orthobucks®, you must earn more to purchase more prizes.
  3. Orthobucks® lost by the patient cannot be reissued.
  4. An "On Time" appointment will be determined at your 'sign in' time.
  5. Our Assistant will be the judge of "Good Oral Hygiene".
  6. In order to show your good grades you must bring your report card to the office having all A's and B's (only one report card per semester).
  7. You must bring a signed form from your parent or guardian upon completion of community service.
  8. You must bring a signed form from your dentist regarding your most recent visit with him/her.
  9. You must let the office know if you become a fan on Facebook in order to collect your Orthobucks®.
  10. If you refer someone to our office, they must mention your name.
  11. Once you are dismissed as an active patient, you can no longer participate in the Orthobucks® program.
